HomepageMend is operated by Mak Kadribasic, Tvärflöjtsgatan 21, 421 51 Göteborg, Sweden. Mak Kadribasic is the controller for personal information handled directly by HomepageMend. Contact: homepagemend@gmail.com.
Information we receive
When you request or buy an audit, we may receive your name, business name, business email, homepage URL, description of your offer and audience, correspondence, and payment confirmation. Payment card and bank details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by HomepageMend.
Why we use it
- To assess your request, enter into and perform the service contract, and provide support.
- To meet accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and other legal obligations.
- To protect and improve the service using proportionate operational records and aggregated information.
The corresponding legal bases are steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligation, and legitimate interests in operating and securing the service.
Providers and sharing
Information is shared only when needed with providers that operate the service, including Google for business email, Netlify for website hosting, and Stripe for payments, or when disclosure is legally required. Each provider handles information under its own terms and data-protection commitments. HomepageMend does not sell personal information.
International processing
Some providers may process information outside Sweden or the EEA. Where required, those providers use recognized transfer safeguards under applicable data-protection law.
Retention
Declined or abandoned inquiry data is removed when it is no longer reasonably needed. Order, payment, tax, and accounting records are retained for legally required periods. Delivery files and correspondence are retained only as long as reasonably needed for delivery, support, disputes, security, or legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to Sweden’s data-protection authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY). Requests can be sent to the contact email above; identity may need to be verified before a request is fulfilled.
Security and changes
Reasonable access controls and established service providers are used, but no online service is risk-free. Material changes to this notice will be reflected by the updated date on this page.
