Refund policy

This policy applies to the business-to-business HomepageMend service operated by Mak Kadribasic, Tvärflöjtsgatan 21, 421 51 Göteborg, Sweden.

Before work begins

You may cancel for a full refund before HomepageMend begins the audit.

After work begins

Because the service is customized, a change of mind after work begins is not normally refundable. If HomepageMend misses the published scope or the delivered audit contains fewer than three specific, actionable recommendations, notify us within seven calendar days. We will correct the deliverable promptly or provide a full refund.

Missed delivery

If HomepageMend cannot deliver within the agreed period for reasons within its control, you may accept a revised date or request a full refund.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processor and bank timing may vary. Contact: homepagemend@gmail.com.
