The service is offered only to businesses and self-employed professionals established in Sweden. It is not offered to consumers who are buying mainly for personal use.
Service
HomepageMend rewrites the top section of one live English-language homepage. The delivery includes one headline, one supporting sentence, and one main button label.
The service also includes five priority fixes, a seven-day checklist, and one clarification or reasonable copy-adjustment round. The clarification round must be requested within seven calendar days of delivery.
Unless agreed in writing, the service does not include website implementation, development, legal advice, accessibility certification, full SEO work, or extra pages.
How an order is formed
You first submit a request with your homepage and business context. HomepageMend may accept or decline the request.
If the request is accepted, you receive a secure one-time Stripe checkout link. You can review and correct checkout information before payment.
A contract is formed only when payment succeeds and Stripe confirms the order. The checkout and service are provided in English.
Order confirmations and required accounting records are retained. HomepageMend does not provide a separate customer account or permanent online contract archive.
Price, payment, and tax
The introductory price is $49 USD total for one homepage rewrite package. There is no subscription, installment plan, or delivery charge.
HomepageMend is not registered for VAT. It currently qualifies for Sweden's small-business turnover exemption, so no VAT is charged. This status must be reassessed if its conditions stop applying, including if Swedish annual turnover exceeds the current statutory threshold.
Delivery
The two-business-day delivery period begins when payment is complete and all required intake information has been received. Delivery is by email. Missing, inaccessible, or inaccurate customer information may extend the delivery period.
Customer responsibilities
You confirm that you represent a business or self-employed professional. You also confirm that you may authorize review of the submitted site.
Do not submit passwords, private customer data, identity documents, payment details, or other confidential information. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or regulated claims for endorsement.
You remain responsible for checking and implementing any recommendations.
Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel for a full refund before work begins. Once customized work begins, refunds are governed by the published refund policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
No outcome guarantee
The service provides professional opinion and copy suggestions. It does not guarantee traffic, rankings, accessibility compliance, leads, conversion rates, sales, revenue, or profit.
Intellectual property
After full payment, the customer may use the delivered custom copy and recommendations for the reviewed business. HomepageMend keeps its underlying methods, templates, tools, and general know-how. Customer-provided materials remain the customer's.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
Privacy, law, and disputes
Personal information is handled as described in the privacy notice. These terms and the service are governed by Swedish law.
Disputes should first be raised by email in good faith. If they cannot be resolved, they may be brought before a competent Swedish court. Mandatory applicable law takes precedence.
